继在2003年和2005年成功举办第一届和第二届欧洲铁路人因工程会议后，第三次国际铁路人因工程会议定于2009年3月3号至5号在法国里尔举行。会议旨在汇集越来越多的人因工程师、心理学家、社会学家、管理科学家和工程师，其共同主题是调查、了解和设计人性化的铁路——工作人员、乘客和一般公众。
